INVENTORY REPORT
A detailed comprehensive report of the properties condition prior to the start of a tenancy. It will describe the properties external contain, decor, fittings and furniture (If furnished). This report will include all utility meter readings.
PROPERTY CHECK IN
We can meet the tenants on the day of move-in and hand over keys and manuals and give a brief introduction to the property.
INVENTORY REPORT & PROPERTY CHECK-IN
This is the most popular option and will save you the most money. We will carry out the inventory report and then meet the new tenants to hand over keys and manuals.
PROPERTY INSPECTION
Ideally, this service will be carried out by the landlord or managing agent using our software provided. However, if this is not possible we also offer the service of visiting the property and carrying out a full inspection, noting any changes in living condition and highlight any repairs or safety issues.
PROPERTY CHECK OUT
This is carried out at the end of the tenancy. Our report will highlight any changes in condition from the inventory report in both condition and cleanness. Side by side photos will be provided for the best comparison. We will also determine liability for any issues found.
